This service is scheduled as a monthly support for staff over a nine-month period (for school employees) or 12-month calendar year for other organizations. Professional development is intended to help move employees from "Position to Profession" by developing academic language, exploring gaps in knowledge and practice, validate employee expertise and funds of knowledge and develop clinical conceptualization of their role.
